I’m Joy Rivera, a Bilingual Boricua Freelance Creative based in Pennsylvania!

I’m passionate about art direction, storytelling, pop culture, photography, advertising, and graphic design. I love bringing my playful storytelling, pop culture inspiration, and my Latina roots into visuals that feel bold and authentically me.

Beyond my studies, I’m a published illustrator of my coloring books Let It Bloom and Pa La Playa, run my own freelance creative business as Joy Riv Designs, and I am currently working towards publishing my debut novel Not a Heartbreaker.
